Come out and connect with your community and learn new skills. This week we will be teaching:

  • Knife Sharpening (or axe or whatever…) Bring your sharpening stone, wet stone, and a blade or tool to practice your skill on.
  • Nutritional Guidelines for Optimal Health Learn the basics of nutrition and optimal health
